Home Buying 101 – STEP 1 – Mortgage Broker

Are you looking to get out of renting but don’t know if you have the credit to be able to make that move to being a home owner and building up your own equity? Whether you are a first time home buyer, refinancing to remodel your home, or selling to move up to your dream home, you are likely going to need financing. Many people do not know exactly where they stand with their finances as to if they will be approved for their needs. The first step one should always take when contemplating these things, is getting in touch with a Mortgage Broker. A Mortgage Broker is there to provide you an incredibly valuable service all while being FREE of any cost to you!

What exactly is a Mortgage Broker?

  • *Licensed mortgage specialist with access to multiple lenders and mortgage rates. They will shop around for you to get you the best rates and terms.

What information does the Broker require?
