As Marketing Specialist, at KENNEDY we offer the most extensive Marketing toolbox around! Every home is unique and will require its own custom marketing applications. There is not an option we don’t cover including our:

Our fees of 7% on first 100,000 and 3% on balance of purchase price plus gst include:

  1. Single Property Website: for optimal on line presence and easy to share on social media, with fellow realtors and clients alike.
  2. Professional Photography: the best there is out there – and BOY does it make a difference!
  3. *Interior Styling: with ALL of our listings (if needed we can bring in accessories for the photo shoot and then extract so there is no added rental cost to client)
  4. *Designed to Sell Program: up to 2 rooms with Style Designer (virtual decorating) and up to 1 room with Virtual Staging
  5. Additional Kijiji ads, blog posts, google street view and text codes, you tube video and social media feeds from our whole TEAM (17 realtor team)
  6. *Seasonal Promos: ie. March 15th – May 15th ‘Complimentary move in our move out Cleaning’ – this promo can also be used to help close a deal if needed. We have other promos but the cleaning one by far is our most requested.
  7. Professional grade print work and flyers sent out ( up to 1500 drop ) We really do have the best print work in town – no one can come close!!
  8. WE SET UP ALL SHOWINGS using a LOCK BOX – we will be your only contact (no assistants or trunk numbers/paging services)- we field all calls from public and Realtors
  9. Direct target marketing – can’t be all things to all buyers but you can be the RIGHT home for the right buyer. Our marketing targets the buyer demographic for your home – based on demographics, buying patterns, and backed by (optimized) the appropriate keyword search set up.
  10. Guaranteed Client Satisfaction – if we don’t do what we promised, you are released from the contract – no questions. We believe in 100% accountability for our actions and promises we make to our clients!
  11.  A Brokerage team of 30 agents all working together to help get you sold and drive traffic to your property (the largest Brokerage team in Edmonton) 
  12.  Your agent on call – via direct cell number on all print and REALTOR.ca material so joe public and other co-operating realtors can get a hold of your agent without having to go through front desks or pagers or assistants. THIS IS A HUGE feature!! Timing is everything in real estate = the last thing you want is a realtor no one can get a hold of!!
  13. Idx feed across Canada – therefor all Boards accessing this feed, (our listings)  can access our listings and promote them to their Alberta bound clients!
  14. Socially connected to all of our facebook pages( a few of them are: KENNEDY Real Estate Edmonton, Edmonton Bungalows, and Edmonton Pet Friendly Condos) and social feeds!!

  3. I have a NEW House it Doesn’t Need Designer Real Estate? Just as each house is unique, Each Buyer is also Unique, we never assume that any one house is the Perfect House, however, with Designer Real Estate Options, it allows the house to shine in many different ways t0 attract a wider variety of Buyers.
  4. What is the Difference Between selling with Designer Real Estate or not? Think of Designer Real Estate as your Home Selling Toolbox, It gives the home the tools necessary to sell itself and its potential to a wider range of buyers.
  5. Do I have to pay GST when I sell my home? Not on private previously-owned primary residential property. All other types, please contact Revenue Canada. Note: there will be GST on any goods and services that you buy/employ in relation to your sale, for example commissions.
